In addition small item requests may be shipped as a group weekly or biweekly based on the number of small items being processed by Dot Com Zambia.

Do I have to pay import taxes to ZRA and if so who is the Clearing Agent?

Due to our commitment to providing an excellent customer experience, where possible we will send a replacement item to the client after the claim process is started, unless the item can be repaired to the satisfaction of the client.
Can I request a refund?
Our policy is to try and honor all reasonable refund requests. Refund requests are evaluated on a case by case basis due to each item transported being different, not to mention each supplier/stores having their own refund policies. Most refunds can be accommodated if the item is new, came from a U.S. Store and has not been shipped to Zambia. If the item has arrived in Zambia and a refund request is approved, the shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Furthermore you the client, will have to pay for the shipping costs back to the United States (using a mailing method that provides proof of delivery).
As a guide, it is unlikely that a refund can be processed on the following items:
- Used or refurbished goods
- Small item requests
- Open electronics and software
- Clothing that has been worn or the tags have been removed.
- Items purchased from a non traditional store (traders, classified websites, eBay, individual)
- Items already in Zambia that cost more to ship back to the U.S than the item purchase price.
